Born and raised in the beautiful state of Idaho, I always knew I’d find my way back home. After college, my journey took me to Arizona, where I spent nearly a decade honing my professional edge in the high-pressure world of automotive sales and finance.
While those intense years sharpened my business expertise, they also taught me the most vital lesson of my career: In a world dominated by scripts and corporate quotas, people don’t want to be "sold"—they want to be guided. I realized my true passion wasn't closing a deal, but helping people feel comfortable, educated, and genuinely looked after.

Turning Point
Why we went independent.
Eventually, the call of the Idaho lifestyle became too loud to ignore. Alongside my longtime partner, Cierra, and our two dogs, I moved back home to the community I love.
When I transitioned into the insurance industry, I initially spent my years as a "captive" agent representing a single insurance company. I quickly ran into a frustrating truth: being locked into one corporate box meant I was severely limited in how I could actually help my clients. When rates rose, my hands were tied. I hated having to tell families who trusted me that I didn't have the tools to find them a better deal.
I knew something had to change. I launched Raff Insurance Solutions LLC in partnership with Secure American Insurance because I refuse to be limited when it comes to your protection.
